CCC – Photography & Filming Consent Form

Your privacy is very important to Chelmsford City Council, as it is to you. We are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy when you interact with us and use our services and venues. We want you to feel confident that we are serious about any concerns surrounding the security and safeguarding of your personal information, which includes your image (such as in photograph or film format). We want to only use images of you with your consent, and we promise we will not use your image for anything that may be viewed as negative in tone or that may cause offense, embarrassment or distress. Any names or other personal information will not be displayed with the image unless additional permission has been requested for this (such as for press photography). You have the right to ask us to stop using your image at any time (by phoning 01245 606216 or emailing meet@chelmsford.gov.uk) in which case it will not be used in future publications but may continue to appear on those already in circulation. You can find out more about our Privacy Policies, including how and why we collect personal data (including images), how we use and it, and your rights in relation to it, by emailing ir@chelmsford.gov.uk or visiting our website www.chelmsford.gov.uk/privacy. I give my permission to Chelmsford City Council to take, use and store my image in printed and electronic (incl. online) format. I understand that this image will only be used for the following purposes: - Electronic (including online) and printed information, displays and exhibitions relating to the activity, event and/or project shown in the picture, any similar campaign or related area. - I understand that this image will NOT be used for anything which may be viewed as negative in tone or that may cause offense, embarrassment or distress.
